WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

Tickets will be available online at Afrofuture.com. Locations to purchase physical tickets will be released via social media.

WHO WILL BE PERFORMING?

Line up will be announced on social media platforms @Afrofuture & website.

WHAT TIME DOES IT START?

The event starts at 12pm.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO UPGRADE MY GENERAL TICKET TO VIP?

No, it is not.

WHAT DOES THE VIP TICKET COME WITH?

VIP tickets come with prime stage view, access to VIP activations, VIP bars and opportunities to win free AfroFuture swag.

WHAT WILL I EXPERIENCE?

Good music, good food, art and African culture, amazing people, and all around fun.

WHAT DO I BRING?

Make sure you are moisturized and have applied sunblock. Bring your topped up wristband and a fun attitude.

HOW DO I OBTAIN MEDIA PASSES?

For media inquiries email press@afrofuture.com. ALL credential applications for a single affiliation/outlet should be applied for under the same application. If you are a freelance journalist, you must provide a valid assignment from a media outlet. Photographers must also provide an assignment. Spec photography, portfolio photography, and personal website photography are not valid assignments. All requests for media credentials MUST be submitted through the online application form and ALL credential applications for a single outlet should be applied for under the same application. Requests emailed in will not be accepted or approved.

1. Pre-event coverage is REQUIRED of all attending media and will be considered as part of the application process, however, it does not guarantee acceptance of your press application.

2. Only actively covering media will be considered for credentials.

3. Receiving credentials in prior years does NOT guarantee you credentials the following year. You MUST apply each year you wish to have credentials.

4. AfroFuture reserves the right to deny anyone credentials for any reason.

5. Approved outlets will be notified of their accreditation by November 1, 2022. Filling out the application form does not guarantee you PRESS credentials. All credential requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are NOT guaranteed.

IS THIS THE AFROfuture FESTIVAL TRIP?

Yes, this ONLY official AfroFuture Festival trip.

WHAT ARE THE ACCOMMODATIONS OPTIONS?

The room options are single occupancy and double occupancy.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

ARE THERE ANY CARD FEES OR TRANSACTION FEES ON TOP OF THE BASE PRICE?

Yes, there is a 10% card fee + $3.00 per transaction.

CAN I PAY THE BALANCE ANYTIME?

Yes, you can pay anytime. You can log into your AfroFuture account and make a payment.

CAN I CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE?

Yes, you can change/update your card on file by making a minimum payment of $5.00 using a new card. Once the payment is made, the new card information will be used for future/scheduled payments.

HOW CAN I BE A VENDOR?

Vendor spaces are 10x10 (for more info, email vendor@afrofuture.com). New businesses are especially welcomed.

CAN I APPLY TO BE A VENDOR EVEN IF I’M NOT A GHANAIAN RESIDENT?

Yes, fill in the application on the website and you will be notified if shortlisted to be a vendor.

WHAT ARE THE VENDORS TERMS AND AGREEMENTS?

Vendor Fees are non-refundable. Vendors are required to submit full payment to reserve space and must commit to both Festival Days (December 28th-29th, 2022). Deadline for reservations is September 30th, 2022.

1. AfroFuture reserves the right to assign spaces.

2. AfroFuture reserves the right to limit public address system of vendors. Failure to adhere to AfroFuture's request will result in removal from venue and forfeiture of vending fee.

3. Vending of alcohol is strictly prohibited unless otherwise approved in writing. Failure to adhere will result in removal from venue and forfeiture of vending fee.

4. Vending of water is strictly prohibited unless otherwise approved in writing. Failure to adhere will result in removal from venue and forfeiture of vending fee.

5. Vendors are responsible for all necessary permits, licenses and insurances required for the preparation, display and sale of merchandise as required by Accra, Ghana.

6. Vendors are responsible for leaving the vending space clean and undamaged when inspected. Vendors are responsible for proper disposal of trash.

7. AfroFuture and its affiliated members are indemnified from and against any and all liability, losses, cost, expenses, damages and recoveries which any indemnities may suffer or incur by reason of any alleged or actual breach of any presentation warranty or agreement made.

8. Vendor must submit an itemized list of products for sale.

DO I NEED TO BUY A TICKET IF I SIGN UP FOR ONE OF THE AFROfuture EXPERIENCE PACKAGES?

No need to buy a ticket, your package comes with a free VIP AfroFuture Festival ticket!

HOW DO I CHOOSE MY ROOMMATE?

You'll have a chance to name your roommate at registration.

ARE THERE PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes! We offer a monthly payment plan.

HOW DO I KNOW MY PAYMENT SCHEDULE?

You may log into your AfroFuture account to check your scheduled payment dates and your balance.

ARE MY FLIGHTS INCLUDED IN THE PAYMENT?

Currently, trips with included flights are not available. All attendees must make travel arrangements on their own.

WHAT WILL BE THE ITINERARY BE?

The exact itinerary for the trip will be sent a few weeks before the trip.

WHAT IS PAYMENT PLAN POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. All balances will be due 60 days before the trip date. Scheduled payment dates are fixed. If a scheduled payment fails for whatever reason, you are given 5 business days to resubmit payment, otherwise your spot will be forfeited. The NO Refund Policy also applies to spots lost due to failed scheduled payments.
